Amir Hamzah Bin Mustapha, is a civil engineer, graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia ( UTM ). He also has a Masters Degree in Geotechnical from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. In addition, he was a member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. He has worked more than 10 years in various engineering companies. Among his job experience was as a Geotechnical Consultants in public companies and geotechnical engineering. He has experience as an examiner for geotechnical "Linking Road Expressway Project Duty from Subang Jaya Ke FHR 2, NKVE and LDP, Selangor Subang USJ-Splicing". In addition, he experienced for design slopes for engineering consultant for the project “Cadangan Pembaikan Cerun Runtuh di Jalan Masuk Istana Mahkota, Cameron Highland, Pahang” He also has experience in conducting research work of the soil and slope stabilization work including soil nailing and retaining structures. During his presence in SCG Consultant, he was responsible to carry out analysis of slope stability and assist the Senior Geotechnical Engineer to provide slope stability assessment report. Besides having a lot of knowledge and experience in geotechnical and civil engineering, he has produced a technical report "Investigation of Two Slope Failure at Anti Corruption Agency (ACA), Kuala Lumpur".
